He was founder and artistic director of The Hayloft Project in Australia (THE PROMISE, THE ONLY CHILD, THE SUICIDE, SPRING AWAKENING, B.C., AND CHEKHOV RECUT – PLATONOV) before becoming resident director at Belvoir Sydney. His film credits include his multi award-winning first feature THE DAUGHTER, adapted from his production THE WILD DUCK, starring Geoffrey Rush, and the short film REUNION.
