Synopsis

Tabloid reporter Ludo Decker leads the perfect life … at least in his own opinion: A cool job, he is good-looking and when he wakes up in the morning, there is usually a beautiful woman lying in bed next to him. The last thing he wants is a long-term relationship.

But when he goes too far while trying to get a story, he get’s sentenced to 300 hours of community service in a kindergarten. Kindergarten teacher Anna turns out to be his former neighbour when they were kids and she hasn’t forgotten how he used to throw magnets at her braces. Now she is his boss and one call to his parole officer and Ludo will end up in jail.

Instead of reporting on celebrity pregnancies and coke scandals, Ludo suddenly finds himself making Easter bunnies with a group of five-year olds. The fact that Anna takes every chance to make life harder for Ludo and even lets his chaotic nephew Lollo join the group doesn’t make things easier. However, when Lollo is seriously injured, Ludo and Anna take him to the hospital together and Anna realises that the superficial idiot Ludo has hidden depths.

The two become friends and surprisingly they end up having sex. The next morning they agree to just stay friends.
But Anna falls in love with Ludo who also begins to fall for Anna. But he refuses to see what is right in front of him. When Anna decides to finally tell Ludo how she feels, she finds him in bed with another woman and the two have a huge fight. Anna breaks tie. After an initial mourning period, Anna starts to come alive while Ludo is missing her painfully. As Anna meets a new man, Ludo realises that he has fallen in love with Anna and tries to win her back with a heartbreaking declaration of love …
