Synopsis

Kitty, Anne Frank’s imaginary friend to whom Anne devoted her diary, magically comes to life in present-day Amsterdam. Kitty sets out on a relentless quest to find Anne Frank. It’s the beginning of an adventurous journey.

Director's Biography

Ari Folman is an Israeli director, screenwriter and film score composer. He has written for several successfull Israeli TV series, including the award-winning IN THERAPY (Be Tipul), which was the basis for the HBO series IN TREATMENT. He is the director of the Oscar- and European Film Awards-nominated WALTZ WITH BASHIR and THE CONGRESS, which won European Animated Feature Film 2013.
